About TEAMCare Behavioral Health: 

TEAMCare Behavioral Health provide therapy services, medication management services and a variety of community based services for children, adolescents and adults.

What does your company like most about Greenfield?  

High Associates has been flexible with TEAMCare over the years, we started of in a small office, moved to a larger one, had to down size it, then had to expand.

High was willing to work with the companies need for space both large and small.

Year back, High added bathrooms to our waiting room and we were provided outdoor bathrooms during the construction.

Then those bathrooms flooded, and High worked with us to get the office cleaned up quickly so the business didn’t have to close.

How does your company connect and engage with the Lancaster Community?  

TEAMCare Behavioral Health provide mental health services to hundreds of residences and their families in Lancaster County.

TEAMCare contributes to Toys for Tots, Randi’s House of Angels, Suicide Prevention Alliance and a participate and contributor to the Touchstone Foundation of Lancaster County.

TEAMCare has sponsored and will continue to sponsor little league teams, cheerleading teams and other school events for the surrounding school districts.

What Else?

TEAMCare currently employees close to 90 employees, but we could use more! Mental Health services are in high need across the country. TEAMCare believes in treating our patients with the highest standard possible. We want them to feel like they are part of our team, which they are! TEAMCare is a hand on company, we are not a large corporation and we pride ourselves on knowing the patients and their needs as best we can.

When we remodeled the office, an employee suggested decorating the walls with pictures of employee’s pets. It has been amazing the response we get daily from patients that see all the pets on the walls!
