About this event:
Keith Williams, Community Engagement Coordinator with the Lancaster Conservancy, will guide us for a walk to explore and examine benthic macroinvertebrates to determine stream health and evaluate the sustainability of the stream corridor.
Participants will determine what is right with Stauffer Run, and identify changes that could be made to improve the quality of this stream. We will also discuss how the recommendations made to improve this stream can be made on other streams.
Comfortable attire recommended.
This program is open to all! You do not need to be associated with Greenfield to attend. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
