About this event:
A naturalist from the Lancaster Conservancy will guide us for a stream exploration where we'll examine benthic macroinvertebrates to determine stream health and evaluate the sustainability of the stream corridor.
Participants will determine what is right with Stauffer Run, and identify changes that could be made to improve the quality of this stream. We will also discuss how the recommendations made to improve this stream can be made on other streams.
Comfortable attire recommended. Children are encouraged and welcome to attend but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
